Introduction of the Training Project of Services Outsourcing

The training center of service outsourcing is directly affiliated to Jiangsu University, belonging to the continual education college, is the training basis granted by both Jiangsu Commercial department and the Financial Department. It  cooperates with the excellent resources and service outsourcing industries, dedicating to set up a talent training model of the complementation of degree education and non-degree education , applying various training ways of the union of university and companies, setting of companies, socialized recruitment and public-welfare to educate the talents of service outsourcing. In recent years, the center has provided a lot of talents for the software service outsourcing companies such as IBM, HP, Hua Wei, Jiangsu Henbao, Jiangsu RuiFuTong, Zhenjiang Jin Tai, Jiangsu Ao Bo Yang, AiKe SaiLun.

    The center has already set up a system featuring the training courses of IBM, HP, Oracle and Microsoft, software development courses, BP related courses as well as the complementary courses like English, Japanese and Korean and co work with many companies to set up the Practice Base. Presently, the center promotes the course for testing engineer, Oracle& My SQL, assistance in job finding and interviews. The teaching methods are a combination of classroom teaching and practical training based on the practical basis of companies, including service outsourcing practical training to help students gaplessly span the bridge over real projects and simulated ones.
